Service Description
The gutter maintenance package includes the following: 1. Reattach any loose gutter (if possible) 2. Replace loose spikes (gutter nails) with our lag fasteners 3. Fix issues with downspouts 4. Correct slope problems (if possible) 5. Reseal leaking connections when possible (rusty gutters cannot be resealed) DOES NOT INCLUDE GUTTER CLEANING No gutter, downspouts, or gutter accessories are included unless specifically stated. ***On rare occasions additional time is needed to complete the maintenance (e.g. large or steep roof, extensive gutter system, gutter guards installed, difficult access, etc.) the additional time is billed at $49/15 minute increment after the first 75 minutes.
