At Stumptown Gutters we stand by our workmanship and therefore we provide a limited lifetime guaranty of our workmanship for all our aluminum and copper installations.  This means that for these installations we will guarantee no leaks for as long as you own your home.

Please note that this warranty does not cover other materials that are subject to rust.  This warranty also does not cover gutters that have been damaged due to external human intervention, such as denting from a ladder or other equipment used to access your roof. Similarly, we cannot guarantee that the immense weight of ice and snow buildup on metal roofs won't damage your gutters. We strongly recommend installing snow stoppers as a preventative measure to minimize the risk of damage. Additionally, please note that this warranty only applies to gutters that have been installed by us, and does not cover maintenance or repair work on gutters installed by other companies.

Our products also come with product warranties.  We can provide copies of the applicable product warranties upon request.

** PLEASE NOTE: We receive many calls and emails from customers that are experiencing water running over their gutters at some point after we have done work for them. This is almost ALWAYS due to the system not being cleaned regularly and a clog forms forcing the water to overflow. Clogged gutters are NOT covered under our warranty. If a customer asks us to perform a warranty check and the issue turns out to be clogged downspouts or outlets, there will be a charge for all services provided.
