Gutter Maintenance Sign Up ($425 total)

This valuable service does have a "show up" fee of $175 at sign up, the other $250 upon completion. Either communicate specifically with the office (text with pics) or the crew once they arrive, pointing out your problem areas. They will then perform an inspection and determine the needed solutions. The crew may also determine your gutters are too damaged or rusted past the point of repair.

At that point you have two options:

1. Have them perform as much of the maintenance as possible and pay the additional $250 (a band-aid usually), or

2. Skip the Maintenance and have them measure for new gutters and we will apply $150 discount on your gutter quote.
